No Fathers Day honorarium on the Maxwell blog?!?

So unlike Sarah! Why do I get a feeling something's not right in Kansas? The 'clock is ticking' post was quite bizarre. Things just seem out of kilter- I do truly hope nothing's seriously amiss.

Sarah did a huge Mothers Day post this year to honor her Mom. humm.........Steve did mention in a blog comment she is working on the outline of her next book.

Yep, Mother's day is a token blog entry and some one else making lunch once a year. Steve gets worship and adoration (or at least, unquestioning obedience) everyday.

Did you read the comments on the "We won't be doing tours forever" entry? Steve says something about how they all really, really want Sarah to get married. I half-wondered if the commenter he was answering was a stealth Jingerite. I wonder if Sarah is starting to make things a little uncomfortable around the house for daddy dearest and that's why there was no Father's Day post. Or maybe it's because God is the only father the Maxwells need, and Father's Day is idolatry? Nah.

I’ve sometimes thought about how you’d do that someday when your children are all married, Lord willing. I’ve also wondered what kind of changes will take place if the Lord brings Sarah a husband someday.

We’re looking forward to seeing you in St.Louis in Sept. Lord willing. Can’t wait to see you!!!!

How is Sarah doing with the outline on the Moody book? Been praying.

One of the comments to the "clock" post references a good day spent with family on Sunday. Another alludes to the fact that the Maxwells have limited their flying due to the full body scans at airports.

This is just so sad (and fairly bizarre). It's amazing the women have ever had gynocological exams let alone Teri having 8 babies.

Even though all signs seem to point towards Steve or Terri, I can't help but hope it's one of the kids. Every time they are discussed, I get more creeped out. They make me very uncomfortable. As a whole I guess they're no worse than others talked about, but there is something about them specifically that sets of all my warning lights.

I wonder what reasons they have for celebrating Father's Day a week early?

1.) One of the daughters-in-law is pregnant...but that's not a reason to have it early.

2.) Someone's going away? No trips are planned and neither of the married children seem to leave the street

3.) Steve's been caught looking at porn and is off to rehab camp

Boy, did Steve look like Nathan or what! Since he was in Thailand while in the service, I'm thinking he was in the service the tail end of 'Nam. He will be turning 60 soon.

And I guess that puts to rest our questions about Steve's being in the service.

Sarah, Joseph is not "our" first reversal baby, he's your PARENTS' first reversal baby. Calling him your baby is gross. And yes, we know your dad had surgery on his penis. We don't need to be reminded of Steve Maxwell's penis repeatedly. Again: GROSS. TMI.

Military service questioned? Even if it wasn't daddy M's but if he'd allow his kids; Sarah is protected, not sheltered, the married boys will TELL you how great their dad is for...I forget, buying their houses in cash?

And, yeah, that 'our' reversal baby squigged me out. And five more kids after a reversal...a reversal to undo what was initially done because of a medical condition...they are not the brightest bulbs in the box and no wonder Teri is addicted to - Pepsi?

I wondered that as well. Did you see how they mentioned that Steve will fly again sometime in the future? We were talking about that on the other board a few weeks ago.
