A Montana racist is now an ex-grocery store employee

Quote

Missoula Fresh Market said an employee accused of discriminating against a Native American couple in a video viewed more than 100,000 times no longer works for the company.

Shawn Madman and his girlfriend, Tenisha Oldman, went to the store on West Broadway Saturday and noticed a man staring at them as soon as they walked in the door, he said.

Madman confronted the man, who was a Fresh Market employee, and captured the exchange in two cell phone videos, both containing graphic language.

Missoula Fresh Market Co-Owner Craig Holtet said Tuesday the employee in the video no longer works at the store. He said the company also told Madman and Oldman that they were not banned from shopping there.

And now Florida racists are finding out the hard way that some of their "jokes" aren't very goddamn funny.

Quote

One firefighter recruit has been fired and three others resigned because of a noose found hanging over a black firefighter’s seat, Pompano fire officials say.

Pompano Beach Fire Chief John Jurgle said he acted as soon as he heard last month about the racist symbol, which was directed at the only black recruit in a class of six. The noose was found June 7 on the recruits’ last day of training, he said.

Jurgle said he also heard that the men were tight-knit and no one meant any offense.

“I heard the word ‘joke’ a lot and I said, ‘Explain the joke to me, explain how this is funny,’” Jurgle said. “They haven’t been able to do that.”

I wish someone would ask the Orange Führer that too every time he "jokes."

WTF to all of this.  I've seen most.  I've never seen this irl.  I can't even.   Some people should use delivery services exclusively.  Nowadays,  we can video at a moments notice.  I'm not sure if this sort of thing is "normal" or getting worse.  Because there are stories throught the years.  Too many shitty stories.

The whole question of is it getting worse of is it highlighted more due to increased exposure is an interesting one. I was listening to the podcast True Crime Obsessed yesterday and they were discussing the documentary Where's Johnny, and it was interesting to hear them talk about the lack of acknowledgement or knowledge of pedophiles back in the early 80's. Of course now we're all wait what are you serious.

One Joseph Lanham went to see a show by comedian Gary Owen and got stupid after Owen talked about Agent Orange to the point that he got kicked out of the show.  He then doubled down on the stupid by sending racist messages to Owen.

Quote

Owen then showed three racist messages from Lanham, the first of which read: “Your at a n*gga living piece of shit and we are paying for you warefafe loving n*ggers [sic].”

“He send this to me as a message on Facebook… Now everybody knows who you are. Hope your boss sees it if you got a job,” Owen said in his video. “But that $40 you spent on a ticket to see me? I’m going to donate that to the NAACP, you racist f*ck.”

According to NBC 2, Lanham was fired from his job as Vice President of Sales for National Roofing of Collier. His wife was also fired from the same company.

Lanham told NBC 2 that he’s not a racist. He blamed his racist behavior on alcohol.

Two observations.

  1. Good.
  2. What the fuck is warefafe?  Is that like covefefe?

Two more idiots got themselves canned

Quote

According to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, two neo-Nazis in Minneapolis, Minnesota were fired from the diner they worked for after being photographed in what appears to be World War II-era SS uniforms.

Hours after the mens’ “Nazi selfie” caused Minneapolis residents to call for a boycott to the Uptown Diner, the restaurant’s manager made a post of their own.

“The Uptown Diner unequivocally repudiates the beliefs and ideals of neo-Nazis and white supremacy,” the restaurant said in a statement on Facebook. “Hate and bigotry have no place in society. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment at our restaurant and in our community.”

Along with the post showing the former Uptown Diner employees in SS regalia, Minneapolis resident Kyle Dekker’s also revealed a profile photo of a former employee with a photo claiming he’s a member of the “Rhodesian Army” — a reference to an unrecognized white supremacist government in Zimbabwe that counts Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof among their fans.

Someone didn't take losing a mayoral election very well

Quote

Midland City Mayor Patsy Capshaw Skipper said she hasn’t been able to use her Facebook account for several weeks and did not post a racially charged comment about the woman who won Tuesday night’s mayoral election.

A screenshot of Skipper’s Facebook page, which was not viewable by those not on her friend’s list, showed a short exchange from Skipper’s account and another person. When asked about the results of the election, the reply on Skipper’s Facebook account included the racially charged comment.

“My Facebook has been messed up for several weeks and I haven’t been using it,” Skipper said when contacted Wednesday night by the Dothan Eagle. “I think I’ve been hacked.”

Skipper said she just underwent heart surgery and couldn’t even get out and campaign for the election.

And some more racists got in a bit of trouble down in Arizona

Quote

Two Volcano Vista High School juniors have been suspended after posting a doctored picture on Snapchat that the school’s principal called "repugnant and hateful."

The disturbing image shows an African-American student with KKK hoods digitally superimposed on her classmate’s faces. The picture was posted Tuesday afternoon on the school’s Snapchat group where it was seen by other students who reported it to school administrators.

"It was awful," said Mary Morrow-Webb, the mother of the student in the picture. "It was frightening. I just really got sick to my stomach. I was afraid for my daughters and for the other children there that are at risk for these types of threats."

Albuquerque Public Schools said an immediate investigation was launched and the two students who posted the picture have been suspended for 10 days. One of the students has also been kicked off the football team. APS said the boys said the picture was supposed to be a joke.

Buy a new excuse racists.  That joke horseshit doesn't cut it with me.

A fire chief got all racist about the Steelers remaining off the field during the anthem;

Quote

But in one Washington County town, some say one fan’s response may have crossed the line.

Paul Smith, the chief of Cecil Volunteer Fire Station #2, posted a derogatory response on Facebook, which directed a racial slur at Steelers’ head coach Mike Tomlin.

In the post, Smith wrote: “Tomlin just added himself to the list of no good N*****s. Yes I said it.”

Reaction to Smith’s post in Cecil Township was quick, negative, and lead to his removal as chief.

Are we seeing more of this since the Orange Issue in Washington or am I imagining things?  I feel like I've gotten a lot more nasty comments about not matching Mr Khan.

I feel like these people have always been out there, but they've felt societal pressure to keep their nastiness behind closed doors. Now, with Tangerine Toddler regularly whipping them into a frenzy with HIS words and actions, they feel emboldened to "let it all hang out"

I don't think it started when fuck face decided to run for office.  Seems to me that there were plenty of nasty racists that came crawling out of the woodwork when President Obama first ran for office and kept going ever since then.

And the NFL horse manure that fornicate face has been spewing has brought the racists fornicate sticks right out of the woodwork.  Including this hopefully soon to be former parks commissioner

Quote

A Brockton parks commissioner is under fire after a social media comment he made about the kneeling members of the New England Patriots, calling the players “turds” and monkeys for not standing for the U.S. national anthem at Sunday’s game.

Stephen V. Pina, who sits on the Brockton Parks and Recreation Commission, commented on a Boston 25 story on Facebook about the players kneeling during the national anthem, writing that the athletes aren’t being paid for their politics, adding the the words, “dance monkey dance.”

Pina told The Enterprise on Monday that his words were not intended to be racist and he did not believe they would be perceived as such. Pina said he was drafting an apology at his Brockton home, getting ready to post it online, as TV news crews were outside trying to talk to him.

“It was not meant to be a racist comment, and if it was taken as such that’s regrettable,” said Pina, speaking to The Enterprise by phone, noting that he declined to speak to the television news crews. “I want to set the record straight.”

The mayor wants him to resign and may try to oust his ass if he doesn't leave.

These people have always had these thoughts, but most had the common sense not to say them out loud. Most felt just enough shame to keep it inside. But now that shame has been replaced with...I don't know, pride?

California's finest

Quote

The white woman who tossed a beverage on a black man for kneeling during the national anthem is a student at a Baptist university (as is her friend who filmed the encounter), and she has publicly used the n-word multiple times on social media, according to multiple reports.

Last week, Savannah Sugg tweeted this video of her schoolmate Haley Perea throwing a drink on a man at a Los Angeles Lakers preseason game. The man was sitting during the national anthem, and while Sugg filmed, Perea took it upon herself to solve the problem this way:

After Sugg had the brilliant idea to highlight her caucasity by posting the incident on Twitter, so many people objected that the couple deleted all of their social media profiles and disappeared into the shadows of UzBeckystan. But this is social media, where nothing escapes the gravitational pull of the internet sleuths. Black Twitter reacted with the usual appropriate, restrained response:

The Tab has at least 14 documented incidents of Perea using the n-word on social media. To be fair, she mostly used the version with the “a” at the end, probably saving the more formal version for close friends, family members and church meetings.

Here's a copy of the original video that was made and then taken down;

BART officials are looking into an incident

Quote

CBS News said that multiple passengers called 911 around 10 minutes after 10 p.m. on Monday to report that a white man was attacking an Asian man on a train bound for Warm Springs Station.

In video taken by another passenger, the man shouted racist epithets and slapped the other man’s face.

“I hate you Chinese f*ckers,” the attacker said.

When the other man stood up and appeared to be preparing to fight, other passengers urged him to be calm.

Here's another one who got all stupid at a California Starbucks

Quote

KRON4 has obtained new video of a heated exchange in a Walnut Creek Starbucks.

It shows a woman appearing to get angry at other customers for speaking in their native language of Korean.

It caused such a stir that she was eventually escorted out.

KRON4 spoke to one of the Korean speakers involved in the video, and he doesn’t know why the woman had such a problem with hearing a language other than English.

The Steve King / Fuck Face wing of the GOP in action

Quote

A surprise delivery with a white nationalist message is what people living in one Iowa City neighborhood woke up to Wednesday.

On the driveways of at least three streets of the Wetherby Park neighborhood in Iowa City were fliers with the message "Love your Race." The fliers either claim to be a message from the National Alliance, or are advertising the group by directly naming it and linking to the group's website.

It's unknown who distributed the fliers, but it was expected that it was done early Wednesday morning. The fliers were inside plastic packaging and, inside, the flier was wrapped around a monthly magazine called the "River Cities' Reader" located in the Quad Cities. The publisher of the magazine didn't immediately return a call from KWWL Wednesday night.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, National Alliance "was for decades the most dangerous and best organized neo-Nazi formation in America," that was founded in 1970.

Got a few racists who were called to the carpet.

First this person

Quote

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- A University of Alabama student repeatedly used a racial slur in videos posted on social media, prompting immediate condemnation from school officials and her apparent expulsion Wednesday.

Barber told the New York Post that her actions were wrong.

"I don't know what to do and I feel horrible," she was quoted by the paper as saying. "There's just no excuse for what I did."

The 19-year-old told the newspaper she had been expelled from the university and was returning home to New Jersey. The university would not confirm her expulsion. Spokesman Chris Bryant told the AP he could "only provide directory information, and this student is no longer enrolled."

Yeah, she's not sorry for being a racist.  She's like every other racist and only sorry cause she got caught.

Then this Milwaukee area company got its ass handed to it after workers brought guns and coolers with KKK stickers on them to city job sites;

Quote

A company where several employees displayed guns and another brought a Ku Klux Klan sticker to a worksite will effectively lose two contracts worth $800,000 with the City of Milwaukee under a deal approved Wednesday by the Milwaukee Common Council.

Under the resolution, which passed unanimously, the city will terminate one American Sewer Services contract and reject another bid on an un-awarded contract where the company was the lowest bidder. The agreement also prohibits American Sewer Services from rebidding on either of the contracts, and says the company won't contest any part of the deal.

The Milwaukee Common Council may also push for harsher penalties for American Sewer Services. Those punishments could include compelling its owner, Dennis Biondich, to testify before aldermen.

Debate over the issue grew heated during a previous Public Works Committee meeting at City Hall — especially after two south side aldermen voiced concern that city officials were punishing the company too severely for the actions of a few employees — but the resolution passed without discussion Wednesday.

If it was me I'd press for them to lose all their contracts with the city, not just the two they lost so far.  When you're working for a contractor there are some things you just do not do.  Bringing / Flashing pieces and bringing KKK shit to a job site are right up there at the top of the list.

And Spencer, Iowa is joining in now on the racism

Quote

Authorities say some student spectators at a predominantly white school in northwest Iowa greeted a visiting rival boys' basketball team with racist chants.

The chants and slogans at the Jan. 19 game at Spencer High School included some fans yelling that the Storm Lake players should "go back where you came from." Other students chanted, "USA."

This is the same part of Iowa that keeps sending Steve King (R-fuckstick) to Congress.
