The Denlingers

Question--do we know if the Denlingers are faux Jews? Or if one of them has Jewish ancestry?

Because one of the books in the background of their videos looks like an Orthodox Jewish prayerbook to me. It has the distinctive spine of something from Artscroll. I think this prayerbook?
