I want to throw up after reading this one.   Taxi driver found with passed out passenger's panties, acquitted because the Crown failed to prove she didn't give consent.

Unfortunately, it's all to common. This guy was an on duty police officer and the local newspaper printed a massive headline "Too drunk o remember" or something very similar. *Sigh*

It was announced today that the crown is going to appeal the decision in the taxi driver case. Good for them!
