Having too many people in the one family with the same name is tough. My great-grandfather, grandfather, and uncle all had the same name and the only way to tell them apart was a nickname. It's annoying as anything when you're trying to trace family and you're like "Not that one. That's the second one! Tell me about the first one!"

It was somebody messing around. I saw it yesterday and within an hour or so it had been changed back to Baby Boy Seewald. They had also changed Baby Boy Dillard to Isaiah Frederick.

This is from the previous thread. But I wanted to add that in German it is very hard to change your name, almost impossible. Even adding names is not possible easily. So it makes sense to have some sort of rules about names.
