I always wondered if that Canned Whole Chicken hadn't come from the food pantry or an arrangement [none that I know of--just wondering] to by up "Past the sell by" food for cheap from their local independent grocery store. Lots of folks around me buy Sweet Sue Chicken and Dumplings (noodles?) but I haven't seen a whole canned chicken on the shelves in a long time. Like that hotdog "potted" meat sandwich spread that comes in a can (generic Underwood Deviled Ham).

You can buy one any time day or night in a couple of parking lots near me. It would be ironic if they were made in China since the folks who sell them are not fans of international anything...

No, ironically, China is the largest producer of them.  Or was.  IDK what the status is now.  With major retailers not carrying them, I am sure orders are down and they have gone on to producing other items that they want.

Went back and looked at Zach's courtship proposal to Sarah.  It looked like Whitney was present for it.  

Edit: It may just been one of Sarah's sisters, but the girl does resemble whitney a bit

I have to say, this is one of my favorite threads.  I love seeing the Bates girls in their technicolor matching frumpers. And the canned sit down of the parents discussing Kelly's pee stick at the gas station, etc.  Ahhhh, memories.  Not to mention, if they were parents that didn't hand off their kids to their older girls there is no way that they'd be able to do that.  In any other family the parents would have a bunch of littles hanging off of them and in their arms instead of the sister moms getting to do that.

I know a lot of people think that the Bates and Duggars aren't really friends, but reading the old blog, I think they are because they do seem to mention the Duggars a lot in a way that seems like they are friends.

Carlin had to tag along to care for Judson on their yearly anniversary trip*. Clearly Carlin was the buddy to Judson, but Kelly tries to play it off as it being a treat that Carlin had to go to care for the baby. It makes no sense for them to bring her to just buckle and unbuckle from the carseat. No she was brought along to care for him when he wasn't needing to be fed.

*I'm amazed that with all those kids, not being able to afford food and needing people to give them things like clothes for their children they manage to go on a yearly trip.  Sure it is only $50 for the night and who knows how much the food costs, but still, when you can't afford to purchase food for your children, it is time to take a break from the yearly trips and spend that money on something else. It seems like Gil and Kelly prioritize themselves above their children.

So I'm on a hunt now to find the pic of Michaleh in her vest.  I'm watching the 17 KAC with Duggars/Bates.  Luckily the sound card on my computer doesn't work.   No vest yet but I forgot they went sky diving together.  I remember the Duggars mass sky diving episode but forgot the Bates were there.
