Ted Cruz MERGED

Well, he starts out with a whopper: “I have never met anybody, any conservative who wants to ban contraceptives." Really, Ted? ‘Cause you’ve met, like, a trillion quiverfull Dominionists and they totally love you and tweet their support constantly, so you need to stop lying.

He then goes on to say something else that those Dominionists won’t like too much: "As I noted, Heidi and I, we have two little girls. I'm very glad we don't have 17." Oh, my… I thought only God was allowed to open and close the womb.

And then he tells us how easy it was to buy rubbers in college, which means the War on Women so doesn’t exist.

I am very glad for the children of the world that Ted Cruz does not have 17 kids.

What can I say, *I'm* very glad that Ted Cruz doesn't have 17 kids as well; I don't think the earth could handle 17 baby Cruz's.

Edit: oops, basically what @nelliebelle1197 said!

In the above article,Cruz claims that Hilary Clinton supports very late term("partial birth") abortion, at the taxpayers' expense, and also supports no notification of parents in any circumstances. Is there any truth at all in any of these claims?I don't know enough about US politics to know if these are just things he has pulled out of his a**.

*PLEASE* someone tweet this to his lying ass. I'm not on Twitter, so can't.

He looks like such a freaking crybaby. Like he's about to start whining or squalling in about 5 seconds... Which I guess is pretty accurate.

It's bad enough Ted has two kids. , let alone 17.

It's bad enough one of his kids has the same name as me.

Ugh--he's such a smarmy penis!  While claiming there's no war on women and access to birth control, he names a type of birth control that's not even for women!

Another case when the Googles should have been consulted before choosing a logo;

Quote

You know that “TrusTed” logo?   The one with TRUS and TED merged, yet separated via different colors?

Turns out that when you Google “TRUS”, the logo at once becomes hilarious and hilariously appropriate:

"A transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) is an ultrasound technique that is used to view a man's prostate and surrounding tissues. The ultrasound transducer (probe) sends sound waves through the wall of the rectum into the prostate gland, which is located directly in front of the rectum."

Yup, that’s the very top Google result.   Basically, it’s an anal probe.  Which makes us even more certain that he’s actually an alien.

Yeah, Teddy basically is a walking, talking anal probe.

Sometimes, there's still truth in advertising.

I'm sure we've all read that a porn star was inadvertently hired for one of Ted Cruz's ads. Why does that make me smile? :evil3:

Here's a link from CNN about the "erotic actress" who was hired to be in a Cruz commerical.http://www.cnn.com/2016/02/12/politics/ted-cruz-porn-actress-campaign-ad/

The commercial ran for a couple of days (nationally); I saw it here and we're not an early primary state.

A group of men and women are sitting around in a circle of folding chairs as if they were in an AA meeting, talking about how they feel when they are "lied to" (by Marco Rubio).  It was a rather catchy commerical.

The actress says she assumed the campaign knew of her other film work and was OK with it because they "wanted some diversity" in the commercial.

So funny for holier-than-thou Cruz.

How many of his "porn is cheating" fundies followers do you suppose recognized her and couldn't say anything?

And we, the People, want an answer to this question!

I checked out her bio on IMdb and she had a (small) part in  "Sex Sent Me to the ER".  See?  I knew they made that stuff up (in fairness, she was probably "re-enacting" a real-life scenario.  OK.).

"Deviant Whores", "Cowboy Funeral", "Tales of the Saddle Tramps"  and "Milf" are just a few of her titles.

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE that this happened.    She also has some minor mainstream TV credits (StarTrek Voyager, for one)

And by the way, this is getting her a shit-ton of free PR.  I think she's loving it.  She is quoted as saying "People like me vote, too" and indicates that Cruz might still have her vote.  "He was just doing his job" (by removing the commercial) just as she was "just doing her job" by performing in said commercial.

She sounds like a very funny and smart woman, and I mean no snark or disrespect by that comment.

Am I the only one totally amused by the fact that there is more than one porn star getting free PR from the religious right?
