Subscription Boxes

Anyone else tested out cosmetic subscription boxes?   I have tried out (or gifted) - Birchbox, Target, Walmart (pleasant surprise), and FabFitFun box. 

So far, the boxes that have been the most lasting fun were the least expensive.. while the more expensive was a big  dissapointment, packed with "gift cards" that were simply fancy coupons for more expensive products.  Great for basics.

   Anyone else trying out subscription boxes?
