If M#5 is eventually proven true, I'd like to know what the protocol is for patients having sex while in sex addiction therapy while INSIDE THE FACILITY. Crude, smug Josh just couldn't help himself? Would this increase his time in porn prison or will he be applauded for choosing to do his wife instead of a stripper? Ugh. Can you imagine growing up as this kid when everyone knows about how they were conceived? And I thought being born on a toilet was bad...

OK the thought kreeps me out that Josh may have gotten Anna pregnant again... but saying that Josh isn't in a closed ward or something. Not even a real medical facility with licensed therapists (correct me if i'm wrong). And Anna is his wive. I think the thing with a sex addiction is you have to get in under control. Can't really see a guy never having sex again

I would think they want him to righteously fulfill his desires with Anna. There's no salvation in masturbation. If she is knocked up, I wouldn't be surprised. He's had plenty of time to build up a healthy sperm supply. Ewwww.

Might conjugal visits be part of the "therapy", in order to help rebuild their relationship? Not sure how beneficial that would actually be at this stage of the game , but it's an idea.

Wait, I thought we had established that RU has marital sex visits during the program, and that Anna went what has been assumed to be one recently (thus spawning the rumors). Am I mistaken?

Guys this isn’t real rehab, Is a Jesus rehab. I’m sure they got the green light after the first 45 days, or whatever, and was aloud visitors.  They could have everyone stand on their head for ten minuets everyday and call it therapy.

That is my understanding of the situation.There are guest rooms and also they are allowed out for overnight visits Friday after meeting and Saturday but must be back on Sunday.

What is more interesting to me than the pregnancy is whether Anna stayed in the Prayer Prison guest quarters or they were personal guests of the director, or they went to the next town and... enjoyed sweet fellowship in a hotel room.

Honestly, that sounds like a quote that came off of a forum or snark site. I really don't think that she'd say that, especially since they believe adopted kids come with the sins of their fathers (meaning that sinful fathers can still have "gifts from God").

Except that they don't actually have a quote from Anna. That quote is from the unnamed "family insider." Just because it's a quote about how somebody feels doesn't mean that person was the one speaking.

This is what I read, exactly how it is written,

She told a family insider that she has forgiven Josh and had make up sex with him over the Christmas holidays, when she visited him at the rehab centre. Then she explained that she thought she was pregnant, and the baby was a sign of God's forgiveness.

" Then baby is a sign that God has forgiven Josh for his many sins "

The quotation marks are exactly how it is presented in the article which surely implies that the family insider is quoting directly from Anna, not just what the insider feels?

However, my point in posting was not the veracity of the quote but rather how absurd it is to believe that "god" (any god) is directly involved in the minutiae of their lives and actively directs, or indeed cares what happens to them. Whether or not she said those exact words is immaterial to my post.......it's the whole mind set surrounding this belief that I am flabbergasted by!

Where is the quote from? It seems ambiguous to me, it might just as easily be a direct quote from the family insider instead of Anna. Whoever was reporting that could more easily report  a direct quote from their source than from a conversation they weren't privy to.

It's from the inquisitr article about M5. It's a quote from the insider, presumably speaking for Anna (but it's unclear whether it is a direct quote, paraphrase, or pure fiction). I was just pointing out (for people who don't read the article) that the article doesn't actually cite a quote from Anna. The quote comes from an unnamed source.

Or they could have more easily just lifted that off of here. I mean, how many times have people on here talked about "the redemption baby," and how "it would be proof that all was well with God." 

It would hardly be the first time the tabloids lifted "quotes from family members/insiders" from here.

Has Josh been tested for STDs?  If I were Anna, I wouldn't be welcoming him until he had passed a strict physical.  Or does she even know about STDs?  Is that topic covered in the SOTDRT?

If they know about STD's, I would guess it would be under the category of "ways that God punishes sluts" and since she didn't slut it up, God would not give her an STD. I doubt they've considered the plight of virgins who got blood transfusions in the 80s before awareness of AIDS risks was widespread.

I would hope he was tested, but I doubt any of the kids/kidults know what STDs are. I would be surprised if they knew anything other than sex=babies and waiting till marriage

If any kidults of  know believe about STDs, it's that they are punishments from God to LGBT people for their sinful choices.(Or some other ignorant garbage that has been debunked)
