Mom Upset by "Victory Dance' at Titans Game

THis mom and some others are upset over a victory dance after Cam Newton made his TD. Note she said "I guess she doesn't have kids". I really hate that line. Ghees does she know they also sell beer ? Im sure hIgh school kids do the same thing. Maybe she should just put blind folds on the kid's eyes. Furthermore, these players are getting paid to play football, not necessarily be role models and kids should be told likewise. There are other ten times worse things to make an issue out of.

I'm not seeing any pelvic thrusts on that video. What a pearl-clutcher.

Do these people have to find something offensive in everything? I'm not on board with making the world safe for 8-year-olds in every. single. situation. And you'd think an NFL game is one context where you just realize you're going to see some PG-13 (at least!) rated antics, and deal.

Maybe they should have sat in the fainting couch section so they couldn't have such a good view of these alleged pelvic thrusts.

ETA: And aren't the "in-your-face" manly strutting and other goings on one of the draws for football?

I guess this lady doesnt understand 'in your face' attitude is common in competitive sports. She's likely the same kind who complains about DIsney being ' revealing'. Take her to CHucky Cheese's next time.

Don't the characters at Chuck E Cheese dance? And I'm pretty sure they serve Pepsi there too. And - the worst part of all - they have F*N

I think she mainly meant she thought it showed disrespect, more than 'defrauding', though there's a subtle hint. . Here's a good response. Note how he showed up at a young cancer patient's home with no cameras (cough cough looking at you Duggars)

But it seems the woman has a different opinion now. You see that's what happens when you make presumptions about someone.

If this woman is rooting for the Titans, she'd better steel herself to the opposition performing victory dances on a regular basis.  :my_cry:  I'm glad she and Cam exchanged apologies.  Maybe she can write to this guy next:

My sweet pup was diagnosed with a brain tumor in September. She passed away in my arms on Thanksgiving morning. It all happened so fast. She didn't want to eat anything the day before, but prior to that was ok. Knew it was near time and had booked an appointment to take her next week. However, she decided for me. She was only 8 and really was one of the best dogs. She never met a stranger, human or dog. Life isn't the same without her.

I made my first Granny Square! After nearly 30 years of knitting and crocheting this was a project I never did. Until now! I needed something to do with my rest of very colourful yarn and now I am very happy. I need to try different needles with my yarns but I think I found something nice for the future.
I needed only 3 different youtube videos until I found a person who explained the concept slowly and repetitive and with words I can understand. I hate when these tutorials make me feel dumb.

Someone please remind me to buy peanut butter. Seriously, I have been meaning to get some for at least three weeks, and everytime I remember, the shops are already closed!

You know what I hate most about subtle racism? The gaslighting. Stop cosplaying as a nice person and say it with your chest.

We had to put our 14 year old dachshund, Trinket, down today.  She was fine Thursday, but by mid-morning yesterday, it was apparent that something was really wrong,  She had zero energy, lost her appetite and began walking into corners.  By morning I knew it was time for her to have her final visit to the vet.  She had lost about a pound and a half recently.  RIP, Trinket!

Horrific! A 6 year old boy was murdered, and mother severly injured, in a hate crime in Chicago. Reports say they are both Palestinian Muslims and were specifically targeted because of that. Thankfully the man who did it is in custody
      This is pure evil
