I've heard of Mrs Feodor Vassilyev. She only ever had multiples: sixteen pairs of twins, seven sets of triplets and four sets of quads. (32+21+16 making 69). 67 survived beyond infancy. As multiples pregnancies are usually shorter than singleton pregnancies, especially in the olden days when medical care wasn't so great, I'm not surprised she managed that many pregnancies. It must be quite unusual to only ever have multiples.
