I wouldn't be swayed by the large houses. I've read from survivors that the outsides are finished, but the interiors are desolate and mostly plywood and plasterboard. I don't know how true that is, but it would seem even the nicest houses are very spartan. Undoubtedly, though, there's definitely a huge flow of money.

I have read many books about Jeffs and the fact all his rooms are sound proof makes me very ill.
