My favorite show on tv. I was so afraid it was going to get cancelled. I loved the addition of John Goodman. His acting is flawless.

Migosh, i was laughing so hard it seemed like I was gonna pass out.

That show is incredible, although honestly I could do without The Soup guy's chest. Not my cuppa.

Can't wait to see what's next - Pillow Fort vs. Blanket Fort! Abed vs. Troy! Subway vs. Shirley!

I was kinda sad to hear Dan Harmon was sacked and replaced with the creators of Just Shoot Me (Shudders). :?

Though I am curious to see the direction the show takes next season, and I adore the cast, I wonder if the loss of most of the writing staff will kill the show. It would have been better to just end it at season 3 (esp. considering how perfect a series finale the last episode would have been) than to make a mediocre fourth season.

If Joel spends the entire season in his leather pants, the writing might not matter : )

I love the show and I'm also worried about the quality next season. I hope it's still awesome.

So excited for it to come back! I've missed Jeff and Abed and Britta and the group. Donald Glover makes me laugh just by standing there. Brilliant, brilliant series.

My daughter met Donald Glover last year. He autographed a hat for her. She was 18 at the time but is so petite she looks younger. He said, "You are so adorable! What are you, like 14?" & kept squeezing her cheeks. Of course she was on cloud 9! She said he was a really nice guy in person, friendly with everyone.

So? It's Fridean, and S4 began! What did everybody think?

I found Pierce played by Fred Willard in Abed TV to be absolutely hilarious.

Silly and yet intelligently humorous, enjoyed the episode very much on first viewing --- but I'll watch again, since I had the volume on low to pamper the sleeping TSU!

Anybody?

      Stupid loneliness!
      Kid 1 went back to college (yeah! But sad foe me, she stayed with me all summer. It was nice to start a new phase in our mother/daughter relationship)
      Zero prospects on dates. (Not that I have tried online dating, scared of that but I have reached put to a new group at church, etc.
      I asked a friend to go to dinner the other night so I wasn't eating alone, again. The friend had plans, all my friends always have plans. I see stuff on social media, I'm never invited. I'm single, I'm the 3rd or 5th wheel.
      My one parent friend at kid 2's fall sport won't be there because their daughter made varsity (Yeah for her!!! Seriously happy for her. Sad for me for another sport I basically sit alone, did that majority of spring and summer sporting events.)
      And now I'm crying as my mom told me 2 different funny stores that former teachers remembered about my twin. Both stories were about how they got a crack out of my twin's antics (my parents went to a funeral today and saw former colleagues). Teachers remember me (after all I was a twin and teachers' kid) but none would have memorable stories of me. 
      I feel invisible. 
      Don't worry, this will pass,  it always does. I just need a pity party for a few days. I'm not in anyway going to harm myself. As lonely as I am, I have a very full life I (usually) love. I just needed to vent and cry for a moment.

      Absolutely awful about the fires on Maui. In 2019, I stayed in Lahaina. I liked to sit on the sea wall, which is the only structure left now, and watch the water. People are receiving help, but many had to leave pets. Please donate to the Maui Humane Society, which is leading efforts to find, treat, and reunite pets.
