Duggar Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties

Josh didn't get to have a 'real' bachelor party. I know some young men invite their fathers, but they also invite good friends. Im not saying they have to be 'wild' passing out drunk(Josh and JD weren't old enough to drink anyway heehee) and hire strippers; just do something without Boob hanging around for once. My DH camped with his friends and brother. They aren't close to their father. I never hear anything about bachelorette parties. I didn't have one, but with so many siblings and relatives you think they would. I know everyone is different. It's just these kids have little control over their lives.

Didn't all the young Duggar women do something together before Jill's wedding? Possibly the hair/makeup trial? I know all the women in the family learned how to do fancy nails. I remember something about them spending special time together as sisters before the wedding.

I used to teach stagette parties at a pole dancing studio. Some stagette parties seem to go all day long and have a variety of activities (I went to one once that had pottery painting, a gymnastics class, and a buffet dinner at a casino). When I taught stagette parties, my job was to teach pole and lap dancing routines to the groups that came in. Most groups would bring booze, some would bring some very impressive (and defrauding) cakes. Every now and then they'd hire a male stripper. We even had a couple of groups with a male best friend present (I would have a lot of fun making them do embarrassing sexy dances), and a few groups that were celebrating same sex stag(ette)s. There's no way the Duggars would attend a party I hosted.

I don't remember if Josh did something with his brothers before the wedding, but there are more teenage/adult Duggar sons now, plus Ben and Derrick (If they've become friendly with the Duggar brothers). I could see them doing some kind of a guys' outing before a wedding, possibly something like paintball, or a shooting range, or another 'manly man' activity.

I doubt very much that he'd let the boys go anywhere without him there to make sure they don't see any nakkid knee caps or something.

I am sure Derrick had his own party with his brother, family and friends. I am sure he didn't do the stripper thing but at least went out with people close to him. We kind of forget that he has his own family and friends that are not Duggars and I am sure he enjoys doing things with them.
