Martha is the Morton's daughter. They got engaged in November of 2013. Previous Morton engagements were 2-4 months

Thanks! I wonder why their engagement was longer then the others.

Tayte was new to Georgia and just turned 18 when they got engaged. Judging by the fundie books he was reading as "marriage homework" and the job and recently acquired trailer, I think it took him longer to be ready than the other gentlemen who married Morton women. The Smith and Sanders were more familiar, and trained to marry girls like the Mortons. Tayte was an unknown when they agreed to the engagement.

On the brothers blog we can glimpse a little of Martha and Tayte's house. It looks cute and seems like it has some room to move around. I really like the blue they chose.

Here's their wedding registry. I love the color of the fiestawear they picked out.

ETA: I was just searching for wedding pictures on twitter and I found out that there is a gay porn star named Tayte. :mouse-shock:

Good find. I looked at the usual places and didn't find them. Hardly anything has been purchased off their registry and it's a very modest one (at least in comparison to some other ones we've seen recently  ).

I didn't know they were in Moultrie. They're really close to me - like we're the nearest city of any size near to me.

I was thinking the Roberts girls might be at this one and so thought I'd check out Daisy's instagram and sure enough, she was not only there but also a bridesmaid:

Very modern looking dresses and bouquets!

Sleeveless?! Nail polish?! I spot two harlots!

Just kidding, they both look lovely.

I really liked that myregistry.com registry. I love the idea of being able to give a newlywed couple bulbs for a plant for their yard. I'll have to keep it in mind to suggest to couples.

I am wondering if people just went and bought the stuff from Belk and Dillards rather using the registry. The S'Mortons are rather popular in their circle and the girls have TONS of friends (cough: Steve Maxwell :cough)

Ugh, Tayte's ( that name...) google plus is downright revolting. Photographs of an aborted fetus (saying it's in Ireland? WTF?) and a Confederate flag... :?

The registry is probably for the Alexander's out of town family. None of the other children had one that I can remember, and I know from Darth's many showers that she had let friends know what she wanted in general and then they got things for her. The pictures of the house from Brothers5 show what look like presents in the one cupboard (dishes in the box still, a warming dish designed for serving several things, etc).

A few years ago when friends got married, I got them a gift certificate to the local plant nursery. I liked the idea of supporting the local business and for them to get to pick what they wanted instead of me guessing -- and also you don't want to buy a tree or whatever until it's ready to be planted, so they had to pick the timing. Of course they're not married anymore ( :? ) but I hope they enjoyed the gift at the time...

Beth Lane has a few pictures up of the wedding. Looks like Madi was a bridesmaid, and they all wore different shades of blue. The dress and the cake are the two that are must see. Who knew Martha was curvy! And that cow cake is unique that's for sure.

First time poster. anamaria_hagen on instagram has a photo of the wedding party. 50 people. In just the wedding party.

In that picture it almost looks like the groomsmen are wearing jeans.

50 people in the wedding party???????? Bet it took ages to get them all down the aisle! Was there anyone even there sitting down? That is excessive. I see some of the people who have about 10 on each side, and I think it is a bit big, but 50!

I counted 17 Bridesmaids/Junior Bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen.

Addie Morton

Bree and Brittany Alexander

Sarah K.

Gabby and Gracia Campana

Amanda Davis

Mariah Campana

Grace Sanders

Madi Smith

Daisy Roberts

Kennedy Decker

Angela Hagen

Alyssa Campana

Laney ?

?

?

The only groomsmen I can pick out are the Morton men.

Looks like Andrew was best man, Michael, Cleve, and Wes were in it for sure.

The littles, I only know that the little Davis twin girls, Bella Decker, Ariana Morton, and most likely the other Morton grandaughters were in it.

28 people?? Plus flower girls and ring bearers? That's not a wedding party, that's a dang parade.

ETA: I just went back and read that there were 50 total. That is ridiculous. Imagine the poor photographer trying to pose 50 people and pick photographs where none of the 50 are herp-derping. Man, that'd be a total nightmare.

Can you post a link to her instagram and/or more pictures? There's a lot of Beth Lanes out there!
