Now how do we know Boykin is being a racist idiot? The birth rate number is cites is 1.9 for “Americans,†but that’s not the number for all Americans. It’s the number for WHITE Americans. Blacks and Latinos have a higher birth rate than 1.9, but the overwhelming number of white people in the country pull the average down. So who is Boykin talking about? Does anyone honestly believe that he wants more black and Latino babies? Don’t make me laugh.

I went to college with one that was a Marine and fought during the Gulf War. He loved baseball and apple pie. I'm not sure you can get more American that him.
