There have been reports of Gardasil causing deaths, but investigations by the CDC and FDA didn't show that it was a direct cause of the vaccine. For example, diabetes was a cause of death.

In a large study it was determined that the number one cause of death was life (and that death is autosomally dominantly inherited with variable penetrance- Journal of Irreproducible Results). It's hard to die if you've never lived. So if we're going to take the "everything causes cancer/death" approach, their pro-life stance is actually pro-death...
