Texas Troopers Probe Women Motorists on Side of Road

The female trooper was reinstated. A D.A. took the case to the Grand Jury on sexual assault charges, but they GJ "no billed" her meaning they did not indict. I do not know who took the case to the GJ but I'm suspicious of how hard they tried. They could have had a problem with the intent element....don't know.

Anyway, the lady trooper was reinstated b/c the DPS higher ups felt like she was just following orders (the old Nuremburg defense) of the more senior trooper. It's a bunch of bullsh!t but there is one good thing. If the lady trooper ever has to testify in any kind of hearing, any defense attorney worth her salt will bring up that probing episode as much as the judge will let them. I hope it is me someday harrassing her on the stand, on behalf of women everywhere.
