Not Edith! Aw, I will miss her, but we do have her wonderful acting legacy.

Jean was such a treasure. I loved her as Edith, but she was also great in Bells are Ringing in a role she originated on Broadway and in the Norman Lear farce Cold Turkey about a whole town that tries to quit smoking.

The lights of Broadway will be dimmed tomorrow evening at 8:00 PM in her memory.

Such an incredible talented actor and sad to see she is no longer with us. Her role on All in the Family is a classic role and I think a lot of us have someone like Edith in our family or know someone like her.
