I guess the 70 websites are compatible with their beliefs. I know two of them are Wallbuilders and Answers in Genesis.

I coulod see restricitng under 18 but anyone 18 and up should have control over their own life. IMO under 16 shoulnd't have much use for a cell phone since they aren't driving and then a prepaid phone. At least at 16 they may be working and can help pay for the phone. THat sounds harsh but preteens and cell phones can be a bad mix.
