Apparently this jackass and attendee of this past weekends CPAC Convention, thinks slavery was a good deal and that slaves should be thankful for getting food and shelter from their masters. Just saying...I know plenty of Republicans who would be horrified at such a teaching about slavery.

It is very disturbing that such a distorted view of history is still being promoted by some. Shouldn't we be past this? Slavery was terrible; the Holocaust was all too real; and all the other obvious historical facts that people out there are trying to twist around to fit their own deceived/deceiving ideologies.
