Duggar Dreams

I am currently on a heavy duty antibiotic for a stupid infection I have on my scalp. One of the side effects of the antibiotic can be vivid dreams. I've already had a few notable ones, but last night topped them all. I watched the Today Show video of the worst kept secret in Duggar history last night and read through the threads. Then, I went to bed a few hours later.

This morning, I woke up and distinctly remembered- before I really even opened my eyes completely- that I had a dream about the Duggar Clan.

They showed up at an education session that I written for my job. (Not education for children, but for leaders of a service organization.) They pulled up in their RV and came in to visit everyone. I have no idea why they showed up.... but there was Mullet and Boob and the clan. I really wanted to convince them to let me take Hannie to raise. I was trying to tell her if she wanted to stay, I'd take care of her and we'd have super fun without the howlers. I even made signs that said "Hannie is my favorite Duggar!"

Needless to say, they wouldn't let Hannie stay with me because clearly, I was too worldly and defrauding. Before they left, I slipped Hannie a note with my name and phone number and told her to call if she needed to be liberated from the TTH.

This wasn't the only vivid, crazy dream I had last night, but most definitely the strangest.

I have had some weird Duggar dreams before.

I had a really super creepy one about Josh before :o

Ive also had a dream where I was babysitting the Howlers, one where I was a fundie girl at some sort of conference and I wanted to escape, and one dream where I was just randomly talking to one of the adult Duggar boys

I had a dream where all four of the older girls were in some sort of town square and were very hurt because people passing by were ignoring them and did not who they were. the dream ended with them sitting forlornly on a bench under under a tree by themselves looking sad.

I'd file that in the nightmare category. But there's something to be said about dreams being the wishes of the mind

I had a dream where all four of the older girls were in some sort of town square and were very hurt because people passing by were ignoring them and did not who they were. the dream ended with them sitting forlornly on a bench under under a tree by themselves looking sad.

In my experience with the older girls, that's kind of how they are IRL. They pretty much stood against the wall by the time clock and were obviously giggling at/making fun of all of us who are so obviously going to Hell. I said hello (like I do to everyone else) and didn't give them any special treatment and they rolled their eyes at me and went back to giggling.

I've also been on some interesting meds since stalking the Duggars online. Frequently, I've found myself living with them, like one of the Hartonos. However, they were always kind, like you'd hope. Also, in my world, they have a barn, and many social projects, like feeding the local hungry and volunteering in schools; and holding barn dances. Still, these imaginary people were, somehow, still the Duggars. Thank goodness, those dreams have stopped. Waking up was like being Hamlet - confused about reality, and wanting the dream world.

I like the dreams where the J'slaves are rolling their eyes and giggling in EmiGirl's dream.

Unfortunately it wasn't a dream. Smugger and family go to car auction i used to work at. They really do roll their eyes and giggle.

ETA : To be honest I'm not sure which ones they were exactly. I just know they were old enough to know eye rolls giggling pointing are rude.

Last night's dream/nightmare.... I was going on a cruise to the Caribbean. However, my passport was expired (which is true IRL and I keep putting off renewing it) but they let me get on the ship. I figured I'd just stay on the ship and lounge by the pool instead of getting off the ship at the different ports. Who shows up on my cruise??

......Reversal Anna Maxwell..... wearing one of her Coldwater Creek ensembles. No sign of His Holy Asshat Stevehovah.

I'm just waiting to see which fundie shows up tonight. Ten more days of meds to go.... potentially ten more Fabulous Fundie dreams/nightmares.
