I believe this is him because the dialog at the very end matches the "official" vision forum video.

So dougie buried some boxes and sent some nice women on a "treasure hunt" all over the place. I love how the young boys are dressed up like... pirates???

Everyone is appropriately dressed up as we know he loves to do... but how dare he let wimmenz out of the house and involved in his shenanigans???

Yup, that's him at his infamous Jamestown 400 revisionist history celebration. The whole thing was a protest against the actual Jamestown celebrations, which had the audacity to discuss the experiences of Native Americans and Africans This is arguably what launched Vision Forum into the big time.

Thus the pirates?

Clues to the buried treasure were in the VF catalog that came out in Fall 2006. Here's one of Dougie's commentaries on the treasure hunt from his blog (visionforum.com/news/blogs/doug/default.aspx?path=/2006/11/1930/):

Congratulations to the growing wave of people who have deciphered key clues in the Vision Forum Catalog and are beginning to enter the heart of the Jamestown 400 hunt. Each day the number is growing. We know who you are. We are proud of you for your persevering spirit, keen analysis, and attention to detail. Great job. You are in for a lot of fun. You will learn a tremendous amount of history and will be exposed to a great deal of fascinating intrigue and adventure.

The stakes are high. One person will be going home with 400 American Gold Eagle Coins (donated for the Jamestown 400 by a corporate sponsor) buried in the Jamestown, Wiliamsburg, Yorktown historic triangle vicinity. Because the stakes are high, some of the mysteries are challenging—challenging, but certainly not unattainable. (The buried treasure is of sufficient value that it would certainly help the winner to get out of debt, buy land for his children, serve as investment capital for a business venture, fund a small film, or even provide a healthy bride’s price for a potential father-in law with big expectations for suitors. In any event, I am confidant the winner can find good use for the prize.)

Provide a healthy bride's price?!?! Yes because nothing says good christian values like selling your child into marriage.

Psst...Doug Phillips, you're a tool. Not even a really helpful tool. You're more along the lines of a hand drill in a room full of power tools!
