NOT @Destiny but it's probably best to ask in the Tech forum.

I'm using a Windows version (I think 8) and when I highlight, I get a little black "quote this" box nearby.  If I click that, I get only the highlighted text.  If I click the traditional "quote" button, I still get the whole message.

Now on my Kindle.  I selected the sentence and then tapped and the black "quote this" box appeared for me.

Trying to get the quote box to work for quotes from other websites. Pulled from the first article on the BBC website.
