What's that on Michelle's Arm?

Depending on the cooking method, a significant amount of alcohol can remain. A 1992 study found that alcohol retention can range from 75% for flambéed cherries jubilee to 35% for something like rum cake.

I wonder how much is left after cooking up chickenetti?

Maybe she has secretly been smoking and is trying to quit?

lol... I was gonna say maybe she had a blood test or injection to help or check fertility, but I see others beat me to that... Gawd I hope that she is not trying for a Jubilee 2.... :-|

I nearly spit it out the first time I had rum cake. Pretty sure there was enough alcohol in there to shock the Duggars.

Last Thanksgiving, my sister-in-law made some rum balls that were so strong, they took my breath away. My face turned beet-red. I don't know if my reaction was so strong because I rarely drink alcohol or if she really loaded them up.

I don't have the original link to check their recipe, but I guess if I were fundie and not exclusively VF (who condones light drinking) I would still think 10% is too much.

Yeah, I don't think it would fly for someone who abstains for religious reasons.

Not nearly enough.

Wait a minute...could it be an anti-nausea patch because she's pregnant again?!

That's what I was fearing, too! What, with her extreme morning sickness and all. Let's hope the PP who suggested Michelle is menopausal is right, instead.

Maybe it's a Stepford repair patch?

It just looks like her bra strap slipped down and she didn't realize.

I agree that this is likely. If so, whichever intern posted the picture was clueless about what they were seeing, because that is beyond nike!

No, I definitely agree that it's a patch or bandage. It's way too thick to be a bra strap. It could be an undershirt of some sort, but as other PPs have said, if you look closely, you can see a lighter bit in the middle that's either the pad of a bandage or the medicated part of a patch. If it's a bandage, no biggie ( though I can't imagine what Michelle could have been doing that was so straining that she could have injured herself like that), but if it's a patch, for whatever medical reason, it is a slip on the part of whoever posted it.

My guess is bandage; it's too big to look like any of the patches I've ever known people to wear.

I think it's like "An Officer and a Gentleman," where he covers up his tattoo with a big bandage. I'll bet she's got a tat under there. What kind of tat would J'chelle have, I wonder?

A sailor heart with Jbobs name in it. With a little quiver of arrows.

That's exactly where I was going.

It is located in a spot where it is common to get a shot. I agree that I've never seen a patch that big, but who knows.

They are acting like she just did something amazing. I've done that and I'm not a great cook. I have no idea what the bandage could be for, though.

She didn't set herself on fire. What with all the Aqua Net in that rat's nest, that is an amazing feat!

We know it's not a shingles shot, because according to JimBob you can't get shingles if you've had the chicken pox!

The patches ive been given for nausea are about the size of a quarter and go behind your ear as to deliver directly to vestibular system. Unless that's a giant sized patch I don't believe its for nausea.

Pertussis booster maybe?

"born to breed" with a stork

"property of jimboob and jesus" in stark stencil lettering

"mom of the year" with a big heart full of arrow quivers

"buy used and save the difference" with a big dollar bill underneath

"jesus opens my womb!" with a praying hands

"caleb" on one line, "jubilee" below that, with angel wings above the names. she started the tattoo at the upper arm, just in case.
