I hope it isn't too early to start a thread like this, since they said NR Anna isn't due for about a month, but I wanted to write my guesses down while I was thinking about it. I'll go with: July 20th at 4:50 pm 9 lbs, 1 oz. Samuel or Noah for a boy Claudia or Rebecca for a girl

Kelly C picks another weird name for her new baby
Hisey posted a topic in Kelly Crawford (Generation Cedar)
Zane Emory has been born. While Kelly enjoys the convenience and benefits of having a conventional name, she seems bound and determined to saddle all her kids with unusual names. "Zane" is actually not as bad as some of the others. What still amazes me is that Kelly keeps on having babies even though her husband has a disease (retinitis pigmentosa) that will gradually claim most or all of his sight.- 74 replies

I searched, but didn't see anything. Has this family been talked about yet? http://www.people.com/article/gardner-q ... ?v=desktop I've been following their story on fb for a while, and enjoyed watching the babies get stronger, but then they shared that the Learning Channel filmed the birth. Wonder if they'll get their own series too?

Feminism and the ethnic displacement of white caucasians
Pam posted a topic in Quiver Full of Misogyny
Starting out with the disclaimer that he does not intend to alienate anyone, Illimitable Man explains how, because of feminism, white Caucasians are no longer adhering to the good old-fashioned family values of desiring to be wives and mothers above valuing education and career, and therefore are not "shitting out/conceiving" the requisite number of white babies. "shitting out kids"/"conceiving".........same thing...........I love these folks who are all about the good old-fashioned family values. illimitablemen.com/2013/12/09/feminism-helps-ethnically-displace-caucasians/ -

http://thechart.blogs.cnn.com/2012/04/1 ... pt=hp_bn12 Interesting article on birth statistics in the US. I find it interesting that there is a correlation between more education and less children, less education and more children. Perhaps this could explain why so many fundies have a horror of higher education. They embrace the policy of breeding more instead of breeding smarter.

I don't know why I cared to read about this but anyway here it goes (take this with a grain of salt as I'm repeating some random article on yahoo). Supposedly, Jay Z's wife in order to ensure that her little blessing was brought into the world in absolute luxury, bought an entire floor of some New York hospital for her C section. The article on yahoo said that staff were made to cover all security cameras with tape, ditch their cell phones (can't have picture takers sneaking in), and block off the entire labor and delivery section so that one couple with twins in NICU had to wait until she was finished there to see their twins. Am I the only one that finds this disgusting?

So, I've been trying to find the episode where Michael Duggar is born, but I can't fucking find it anywhere. WTF. This is irritating. Where is it? Where can I find it? No, I'm not sure why I want to see this.

A friend just posted this on facebook. It is a sad story about a quiverful mom with 6 children who went into the hospital to deliver her 7th, and has had many complications. thegregoires.blogspot.com/ I have often said that we're so used to birth and delivery going normal that we forget that it can go really wrong. Her sister in law is the one who is updating the blog.

Please rain down the fire of snark on this asshole - rape
aubrietta posted a topic in Quiver Full of Misogyny
So after perusing subjectbydesign's blog. (once I got over my horror over the TMI birth story) I opened up her profile to find that she follows just one blog. I figured it must be a good one, and then my head pretty much exploded. Nothing beats a 19 dude quoting the 1 in 4 women get sexually abused in their lifetime stat and then going on to explain in detail why it is all their own fault because they wanted equal rights and left the protection of their fathers. He even extends this to the sex trade. Because apparently he knows nothing about the sex trade and child slavery or really, anything about sexual abuse. He thinks women are dumb: He thinks abuse of women by their fathers and brothers has nothing to do with the oppression of women. rainorsblog.blogspot.com The most recent post is the terrible one, the rest of the blog is just really annoying 19 year old drivel. Except that in one post he does liken his older sister's intelligence to that of a "below average gorilla". He might have been trying to be funny, but it falls flat after stating that he doesn't think women can use reason and logic. The fact that objectbydesign is following his blog makes me wonder if she is his sister whom he thinks has the intelligence of a below average gorilla. If so, I forgive him for his jab at his sister, and concede that he can make a very astute comparison.- 16 replies
