  1. Continued from here: Lori learned nothing during her very expensive education and boasts that she sure has learned a lot in the school of life.
  2. Carry on from here: Credit to @SuperNova for the awesome thread title
  3. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hhOEg7jEQNZmt-KLp5UgEHWwu8LMbRf9/view @AlwaysDiscerning but together this rebuttal (complete with screenshots) of a post where Ken Alexander, husband of Lori Alexander, the blogger at thetransformedwife.com (formerly Always Learning) lost his ever-loving mind over a woman named Rachelle O’Neal daring to post some truths about Lori. This started out on the facebook page of Matt Walsh, was later deleted by Lori Alexander (thus removing all the comments made in response to her post there) and eventually ended up on a satire page called The Transformed Wife 2.0 Ken Alexander eventually went to the satire page and proceeded to try and mansplain what Rachelle was doing wrong for a number of days (it might still be going on, Ken has some staying power when it comes to trying to convince the little wimmins they are wrong, unlike when he has sex which apparently only takes 10 minutes and some lube (according to his wife, Lori Alexander). Enjoy
  4. So today, Lori is raving against those who do not want to bring children into an evil world and expose them to it. Her answers, as always, are the same "God commanded children". "Birth control is wrong!" (Lifelong over-justification of sabotaging yours, much, eh, Lori?) So as always, her points exclude each and every single and infertile woman as outside the "perfect will of God". I believe that there is going to be a special place in hell for you, Lori Alexander, unless you repent of the evil you regularly do to women in the name of God. I wonder if Lori has read enough of the Bible to know that the Bible stones prophets who dare to speak for God and are wrong.
  5. Today Lori goes off on a book talking about the lack of fathers in boys' lives. https://thetransformedwife.com/the-boy-crisis-books-horrible-solution/
  6. Comments on two of her posts: The nonsense about searching the Bible constantly for "how to live": First of all, the Bible is not a how to manual for life. That was one of the things that bothered me the most during my time in the evangelical world. You can't use a text written in ancient times to tell you how to live daily life now. Doing so requires an absurd amount of mental gymnastics. Believe me, I know this. (Sorry for the repetition, but it is my best example) I once sat through a two hour Christian school teachers meeting debating which colors of nail polish the Bible allows. But beyond the legalism and absurdity, a mature Christian should come to the point where they have a well formed conscience and understand moral living without constantly needing to search. That is an actual teaching in the Catholic church. The nun I student taught with pounded that into me when I was an evangelical college student--that all the fruitless searching for the right answer can be counter-productive because what we should really seek is to develop a mature conscience that answers that for us. In later years, I saw that she was more than right. Searching for an answer in the Bible to every question just causes legalism and confusion. Developing a mature moral conscience allows you to live your life. It occurred to me not long before I converted that the very devout evangelicals I knew wore their faith like a sandwich sign while the very devout Catholics I knew lived it out as a core part of their being. (Please don't come at me with flame throwers, I know that there can be people in other faith traditions in both categories--and my Protestant grandparents were in the latter--but in my years in evangelical world I, unfortunately, never met anyone in the second). And on the homeschooling boys post: Shut up, Lori, you "homeschooled" your kids for about 15 minutes and now you're writing as if you did it for ten years of their educations.
  7. Who else can make our blood boil as well as she does? Now telling PoCs how to raise their kids in addition to her usual awfulness. Carry on from here
  8. Carry on from here: Lori is wading deep into unknown territory about sex and gender. It’s pretty unpleasant and hopefully it won’t go viral. Did you know Lori had a post go viral once? Last post by @lilwriter85
  9. Continued from here: Public breastfeeding is bad y'all. This is my first time creating a new thread in a series so I hope it's worked OK!!
