    Terri's Birthday

So it is Terri's birthday and our 'girl' Sarah is fishing for compliments. I thought it would be nice to have a space to post our thoughts on how Terri has inspired us! Personally, she has taught me to savor the small things in life. Like having a sip of a delicious drink of choice (I prefer the taste of Coke to Pepsi though) She has also reminded me why being a Stay At Home Mom, or a parent altogether, is not what I want out of life. Thankfully my fellow heathen Headship Mr. Nomoxian doesn't desire children, since the Spaghetti Monster has not touched his or my heart with His noodly appendage. I doubt Terri will read this thread, but Steve sure will. HI Steve!

    Maxwell Summary

Here is the Maxwell summary I've been working on. It'll probably take up a few posts. The Family Members and Basic Family History Parents: Steve and Teri Children: Nathan, Christopher, Sarah, Joseph, John, Anna, Jesse, Mary Nathan is married to Melanie (née Maher). They have five children "on Earth" as fundies say: Abigail Hope, Bethany Faith, Christina Mercy, Andrew James (referred to as Drew) and Benjamin Steven. Their first child, Susannah Joy, was born in March 2007 but sadly died three days later having shown no signs of life, of an unknown cause. Christopher is married to Anna (née Hamilton) (referred to as NR-Anna by FJers and Anna Marie on the blog). They have five children: Joshua Christopher, Ruthanne Elizabeth, Lydia Joy and Daniel Titus and Elizabeth Grace. (Yes, they did re-use Ruthie's middle name. Guess they only have a limited pool of names). Joseph is married to Elissa (née Frost). They have two children, Calia Grace (born October 2015) and Kyle Jeremiah (born March 1st 2018. John is married to Chelsy (née Bontrager). There are no children as of yet, although it is still early days. FAMILY HISTORY Steve and Teri married in August 1974, on Teri’s 19th birthday. They were not “saved” until a few years into marriage. Originally, they were relatively “normal”; Nathan and Christopher went to school (admittedly a private Christian one, but still school), they played sports, Sarah occasionally wore pants. It was at this time that Teri began suffering from depression. In Managers of their Schools (more later), Teri includes a letter to her mom about how she suffered from depression and couldn’t wait for Sarah to enter school as well, yet despite this she decides to homeschool. Steve had also had a vasectomy. At one point, Steve decided to read the Bible to see what it said about children, began weeping (this is a common thing in this family) and decided to have the vasectomy reversed. Bear in mind, Teri could barely cope with the three she had. Joseph is seven years younger than Sarah. Youngest child Mary recently celebrated her 21st birthday. Teri began homeschooling in 1985; Mary graduated in 2015, allowing Teri to claim that she had homeschooled for thirty years. Just in case you had no idea/forgot what Steve and Teri look like:

Make Reading God’s Word Your #1 Priority

.... because you don’t know when tragedy will strike. Reader story. She describes her morning, which includes running 5k on a treadmill every day at 6am... after half an hour reading the Bible, of course. One day she did all this as normal... and the following evening she and her husband were in an ambulance, as he’d suffered bleeding on the brain. Doesn’t mention what caused it. Basically, READ YOUR BIBLE. That’s the most important thing. Not “spend as much time as you can with your family”, make sure you read your Bible everyday. *eyeroll*

    Update the About section, Steve

It's been over two months since Elizabeth was born and nearly 2 months since Kyle was born, but they have yet to update their About section with them. It almost sounds like Chris and Anna and Joseph and Elissa are expecting again, and due early next year. This is bugging the crap out of me, because it absolutely should not take that much effort to change. I know, it's petty, but they have the freaking time! Come on, Steve, I know you read here, update it!

Maxhell Devotes A Whole Blog Post to Coffee

Mocha time, guys! Poor instructs you on how to make one today. I must say, she/they use good beans, same brand I like - Don Pablo. I may honestly try her recipe but sub cream for the milk. Cause that's the way I roll.

Maxwell: They Walked to a Park Oh My

In the last picture of the newest post (a trip to the park) it looks like Bethany is wearing pants. I am fairly certain it is a jean skirt wrapped around her legs or a shadow or something but one can dream...
  11. New post up. Sarah goes on about God preparing John the Baptist in the wilderness and being patient while living in the wilderness. Hmm. Someone's trying to convince herself.

Maxwell 19: Life is Still Boring

    Continued from here:
  13. Anna had the baby, Elizabeth Grace. I don't get why they picked that name. Elizabeth is Ruthanne's middle name. Oh, and Grace is Calia's middle name. Not so bad for cousin's to share middle names, but I think it's very odd and they used her sister's middle name as a first name. Oh, and why use the name of Joseph's ex-fiance? Seriously, it was not nice when they used it for a middle name, it's really not nice for a first name.
  14. I just looked at the Corrals FB page. Talking about appetites and shit.

    Baby Kyle Maxwell Is Here

Yes, that's right. Elissa had her baby and they named him......... Kyle. https://blog.titus2.com/2018/03/02/welcome-kyle-jeremiah-maxwell/' Don't get me wrong, it's a perfectly nice name! But kind of out of left field! I wonder if he's named after someone? It's nothing like Calia, it's not biblical (okay, to be fair, his middle name is Jeremiah), it's not trendy... it's.... Kyle.

    Day 1

Since it was the weekend (not that he worked anyways, so every day is the weekend) David decided to go fishing. He caught a minnow, which he was extremely proud of. Steven took his day off from his fireMAN job to work out. Jill went to the library to read a secular book. It it about having babies, so it is acceptable. She sees a man - potenital baby making helper - come in, but his skin is too dark. She also notices a slutty woman walk past her. Steve, being a pervert sinner who needs to go to the prayer closet - if only his small home had a closet - decided to sit next to Jill on a two seater sofa. She is a Godly young woman, so Jesus will forgive him. He is reading a book titled "What do you mean by communication?" It is okay, but he hasn't read anything in it about God yet. Perhaps in the future he will write his own book about communication. Jill notices a non-slutty woman, so she approaches her, fully ignoring the slutty woman standing next to her. They gossip and laugh. Kindred spirits! [I noticed Jill got a want to mooch money off of her right after introducing herself] They all head home at a pre-planned time to fellowship over a meal prepared by the female of the home, after which they all sleep in independent beds in a shared bedroom. It is cramped, but not so much as an RV. Plans for the future: Upon waking, Steven will be going to his fireMAN job and Steve will be going to the hospital to make a donation. He insists it is not sperm, since every one is sacred, and he has a life plan to get married and have as many children as God wills. David will fufill his wish of fishing before 6AM. Jill is unsure what she will do after she primps herself up at the mirror. Perhaps she will go to the church to pray... What; there is no church in the town? We must do something about that right away! I don't think I'm going to update this every game day, but I'll try to keep it up, assuming other people are interested in seeing the story progression. I intend to let them have as much free will as possible, and will marry Jill off to whoever she loves the most - because after love comes marriage and an SUV sized baby carriage.

Maxwell 17: Life After John Left

Continued from here: John is gone and Jesse is rearranging. The Maxwells have a new friend Cathy Jo.
  18. Has anyone seen this website yet? Their only post titled "A Family Integrated Church?" is dated two days ago. http://leavenworthfamilyintegratedchurch.com/
  19. The engagement between Joseph and Elizabeth has been broken. I hope that Elizabeth has wised up and came to dread a future with the Maxwell cult.
  20. Thought I'd start a new thread. http://web.archive.org/web/200206031508 ... index.html Thank you waybackmachine.org! They were married Jan 2002.
  21. The Maxwells seem to have simplified Thanksgiving right out of Thanksgiving along with possibly not providing enough food for everyone to leave the table full. Continued from here:
