    Jellybean Minions of Doom

The muffins are eating double what they were two days ago & their fur is starting to poof out. They're playing a bit more & like to be snuggled. I have to wrap them in little kitten burritos so I can feed them. But Little Thor still wiggles like crazy but he attacks the syringe!
  3. Zane Emory has been born. While Kelly enjoys the convenience and benefits of having a conventional name, she seems bound and determined to saddle all her kids with unusual names. "Zane" is actually not as bad as some of the others. What still amazes me is that Kelly keeps on having babies even though her husband has a disease (retinitis pigmentosa) that will gradually claim most or all of his sight.

In this thread, we keep a list of all of the pregnant fundies we follow, their due dates, and their newborns. If there are any updates or discrepancies, post them below and I'll update the list! Pregnant Esther Shrader (Due in Spring) #10 Lydia Jeub (Due in spring) #1 Mica Serven (Due in March) Katy (Little White House) (Due March 9) #3 Jacinda (Growing Home) (Due in May) #5 Julie Knox (Due in May) #3 Zsuzsanna Anderson (Due in late May) #9 Abi Wissman (Due in May) #3 Jasmine Holmes (Due in late spring) #1 Whitney Bates (Due June 25) #2 Norma Gilligan (Due in June) #1 Valerie Waller (Due in June) #2 Sarah Burnett (Due in July) #1 Kennedy Morton (Due in July) #1 Anna Marie Maxwell (Due in July) #4 Erin Paine (Due in Summer) #2 Priscilla Waller (Due in October) #3 Monica Brown (Due date unknown) #5 Blair Tsantles (Due date unknown) #5 Lauren Zimmerman (Due date unknown) #5 Recently Gave Birth Bambi (Nursery of the Nation) - Sharlotte Hosanna (Born in December) #10 Bobye Holt - Scottlen Cross (Born December 14) #11 Julianne (Between the Lines) - Beckett James (Born December 21) #1 Alice (of Alice's Baby) - Rosalie (Due December 28) #8 Bonnie Engstrom - Thomas Emil (Born December 29) #6 Robyn Brown - Ariella Mae (Born January 10) #5/18 Hettie Brewner - Addison Marie (Born January 20) #5 Rachel Busenitz - Kendrick Alan (Born January 25) #1 Hannah Dornink - Ransom (Born in January) #2 Melissa Sanford - Name Unknown (Due in January) #2 Karen Alexander - Benjamin Seth (Born February 1) #8 Kelly Crawford - Zane Emory (Born February 1) #11 Lise Morton - Carolina Elise (Born February 4) #3 Dorothy Sanders - Edwin Gianavel (Born in February) #3 Updated March 5 by SunnySideUp
  5. Does anyone here besides me have a slight or not-so-slight infatuation with the royal families of Europe? Interesting to know they still exist, beyond the British Kate & William we tend to read more about in the U.S. press. The eventual queen of Sweden (after her grandfather the King and ger mother the Crown Princess) will be Princess Estelle of Sweden. I think she's four years old now and she is incredibly cute. Here's a picture of her with her parents. There are entire tumblr blogs devoted to her! Just another (more pleasant) rabbit hole to fall into.

    Dna's new baby

Dan just had a boy named Yosef David on Monday.
  7. Kendrick was born January 26. Cute baby. I wonder why they took so long to announce. http://wissmanns.blogspot.com/
  8. Some of you may remember the Stanley's. They had their children removed because Hal *the father* is batshit insane. Anyway, during the whole debacle, his wife gave birth to a baby girl. According to the Stanley's, they couldn't find a name they all agreed on (like they really care what their other kids think), and so they began to call the child Baby Girl. Baby Girl is now approaching 10 months old, and it appears she still doesn't have a name. IS this a new fundie thing?? Do they think if they don't name her, CPS can take her away? What are the possible motives behind this foolishness?
  9. What could make a 14 yr old want a baby? Something seems amiss here for her to want a baby.I enjoyed being around babies at her age, but I knew one of my own was far, far off in the future, if at all. http://radaronline.com/celebrity-news/woman-tries-buy-baby-off-craigslist-for-daughter/
  10. Hope it's not too soon to start this thread, if so sorry, my bad. Isn't she due in October? Any guesses on date, names, sex-gender, etc... :think. Mods, please merge if there is already a thread about their baby. Thanks!!
  11. New Maxwell post up. Baby is 30 weeks along and doing well. Thankful for prayers. The end. Two pics. One of them Joe has Elissa by the wrists and not the hand.
  12. Does anyone remember the carpenter from the 19KAC episode when they were helping the Bates expand their house? The carpenter and his wife had been married for 20 yrs but had purposefully not had kids since the world was all going to hell and there was no way to raise a good child these days. But after getting to know the Bates he now knew it was possible. Does anyone know who that was and if he went on to have kids?
  13. If this was already posted I apologize but it seems in June Emily had John McArthur Pierce which would make boy #6 for them. They bought a fixer-upper in February and it looks pretty run down but also seems to have a large yard for the kids so yay on that one.
  14. In the "Upcoming Baby Season" thread, singsingsing had a great point about the abundance of babies and the lack of courtships. The children of fundie parents seem willing to do what they've been taught(get married and have lots of babies), but many of them are still at home waiting for "Prince Charming" or a "biscuit maker". Will any families follow the Bates' example and change some of their courtship rules? In the future will there be more Sara Maxwells or Erin Bateses? What do you think is the #1 reason for the growing number of SAHD and SAHS?
  15. I might have too much time on my hands but here's something I noticed: I never saw any of the Duggar babies (Jennifer in the earlier series, Jordyn, Josie, Mackynzie and Michael) with a pacifier... Never! Is there a "no pacifier for the little ones" rule in Gothard-ism or something? Now that I think about it I've never seen the latest Bates baby (Judson?) with one in his mouth either ... I know that pediatricians rule that it's better for the toddler to get rid of the pacifier at 2 y. old, but to never have one as a baby seems odd. Maybe they did have some but I never saw it? I thought about it earlier today while in the subway, yup, that's what happens when I have nothing to read with me I think of the fundies lol!
