I'm not very focused at the moment - can you tell?   Actually I performed a bit of genius technical wizardry this morning so I'm recuperating from all that effort.

(If it takes me 10 minutes, but it saves 5 other people untold hours from their jobs I should be able to call it a day and head home.  No?)

Anyway I don't think I've ever had a conversation about Julia Child, but I found this quote that I love SO much I've added it to my vacation to-do list to be able to say this with a straight face to various members of my family as if it's an honest comment originating with me just to see their reactions:

Think she's just a prim and proper lady from a gentler time and didn't understand the innuendo?  

This is a postcard she and her husband sent to friends for Valentines Day:

Yep.  You just saw what you think you saw.  I'll give you a second to process that.

See, I would have figured that between the two of us I'd have been a little edgier and less reverent than Mrs. Child...but I've never looked at my husband and thought, "You know what the world needs?"  Mass mailing of a pic of you and I naked sharing a bubble bath."  

And if I would send it out I would post it here...so you all owe me a hearty thanks for not ever doing that.  You're welcome.

I've also never been naked with a man whilst wishing everyone on my holiday card list was there to join me.
