Owls - Pretty in Pink

So, this thing called "being a grown-up" is kicking my ass right now, and I've barely colored at all in the past few weeks. But today I FINALLY finished this page from the "Owls" book that I think quite a few of you also have. If anybody would like to share how they colored this page, I would love to see it! :) Oh, and I used colored pencils if that isn't obvious (lol).

Your picture is very pretty, it's great to see how other people colour the same page, I have the owl book but I haven't started any pictures from it yet.

Very pretty!  I haven't done that page yet.  Like your color choices.  I'm  working on the page with the little Asian-inspired scenes all around the perimeter and the owl in the middle right now. :my_shy:  :marker:

I like owls a lot - especially when they are pink!  You've done a beautiful job with this one and I love everything about it.

I have this book as well, but haven't done that particular page yet.   I like that you left the background plain.  I struggle with whether to do that and more often than not end up coloring it.   Many times I regret it, but once you start you can't exactly stop.

I like your choices of pinks :)

      I like the mix of pinks myself. I always have, as a kid I loved coloring with lots of pinks and cerulean blue. I still do.
