5 Types of Conservatives To Just Ignore

Yeah I know this article is from January of last year, but it's too good not to share.  It has the five types of conservatives to ignore.

They're the Hitler was on the left idiots, the Civil War wasn't over slavery buttholes, anti-choice extremists, and the Rush is right dweebs.  And my personal favorite;

Quote

#1.  The “Racist Birther Dumbfuck” Conservative

This is the guy (or gal) to really avoid. All the others you might be able to skate in and out of a conversation with, especially if you get drunk, stoned, or hit yourself with a hammer in in the skull right before you engage with them. The Birthers on the other hand? Fuck them. Fuck them with an old rake, shovel, two sand buckets and a copy of “Casual Sex?,” the 1988 comedy that features Lea “Back to the Future” Thompson and if ironies never cease — current Tea Bagger/Birther Dumbfuck, Victoria Jackson. Honestly, there is no more vile person than the racist hack who genuinely believes Barack Hussein Obama is a Kenyan Socialist planted here by George Soros and the ghost of Saul Alinksy, because they hate the president not out of any ideological disputes, though there are certainly plenty of those.

And right between the eyes too.

I wish I could avoid them all. I live in Alabama, and have these dumbfucks in my family. I also don't believe in violence.

As a conservative myself, I'm trying to figure out which one is me. I might not identify with anything to the same extent because I am also more Libertarian. (5) Disarmament is a means of control, so people do not have the sufficient means to fight tyranny. I do believe that our justice system can actually enforce the laws associated with illegal possession of a firearm. I also believe that we do need to address the issue of mental illness because even if someone is adjudicated mentally unfit, the resources to continue to follow up with that person are scarce. (4) The Civil War was about slavery. Even after the war, freed slaves were barred from enjoying the rights "ordinary" Americans do, such as the right to vote and the right to keep and bear arms. (3) Ultimately, the decision to have an abortion is a hard one. As someone who is pro-life I should be advocating for better access to services that can help the mother raise a child. However, I will not demonize the woman because she was in a vulnerable position. In other words, as a pro-life person, I need to put my money where my mouth is and walk the talk. (2) I don't give a damn about Rush Limbaugh. (1) The birther crap is crap.

I'm not offended by the article at all. I just want you all to know that there are reasonable conservatives that you can have a drink with and have passionate political debates because I am one that believes in more voices rather than fewer voices.

I have nothing against conservatives so long as they argue with facts and not made up nonsense tweeted by the current moron in the White House, his minions, or talking heads like Alex Jones.  If conservatives want a healthy debate with me, I would love it (I'm incredibly political)!  All I ask is that they come at me with documented and supported facts and not immediately shout "fake news" or "alternative facts" when I present facts backed up by legit data just because they don't like what they hear.

Oh, and nothing irks me more than people who think they have the right to strip me of my autonomy because I believe differently than they do.  If you don't agree with abortion, don't get one.  If you think women don't belong in the workforce, stay at home.  If you don't agree with certain religions, don't practice them.  You don't, however, have the right to deny me an abortion, a job, or my religious choices.
