May we all have a "someone" to look in on us when we age

This person apparently lost contact with her support system and fell into .... a sad situation.  Poor woman has been in her chair for at least 7 months.

Shame on the meal delivery people for not taking action sooner.  "Being used to the smell" is no excuse.

She didn't move for months. At what point do you ask "Miss, do you need help?" If the place smelled that bad couldn't the volunteers bringing food contact someone about helping her out? Wouldn't there have been piles of dirty food containers all around her? This poor woman.

Tragic. I'm so sorry she suffered so much before help arrived.

I called about a neighbor recently and now I feel a lot better about it. I struggled thinking I was being paranoid but now I'm glad I did.
