I wonder this book contain any sections with reccomendations for how to keep your church attractive to congregants when a Duggar, Duggar-in-law, or a Duggar sycophant decides that they like what you have to preach? 

That book looks more like a technical manual than wholesome Christian literature. I will SMH if they name their kid after the author of a book that looks like it has juicer instructions inside.
