That last one is just pathetic.  He's been in office for 6 months and he can't even be bothered to write a letter (or have someone else write it since I question his ability to read).  You would think that would be one of his first priorities seeing as he's so jealous of Obama that he's obsessed with reversing everyone of his decisions and policies.  Most likely, he doesn't realize that a letter from the president is part of that packet because there's no one in this administration, including him, who knows what the hell is going on.
