It might have been a good thing for PharmaDouche that he was arrested when he was...

Spoiler

Multi-millionaire Martin Shkreli — while reveling in his role as America’s most hated man — remained unaware that he was marked for gangsta revenge.

The FBI may have saved the Pharma Bro’s life by taking the weasel into custody at his Midtown apartment on securities fraud charges in the early hours of Dec. 17, 2015.

Shkreli had just unleashed a vicious dis of RZA, leader of the iconic hip-hop collective Wu-Tang Clan. A gang war was in the offing.

And now the judge has had to tell PharmaDouche to shut the fuck up

Spoiler

A U.S. judge on Wednesday ordered Martin Shkreli to stop talking about his fraud case in or around the Brooklyn courthouse where he is standing trial, five days after the former drug company executive burst into a room full of spectators and attacked the credibility of a government witness.

U.S. District Judge Kiyo Matsumoto's order did not bar Shkreli from making any public statements about the case, as prosecutors had requested in a motion filed Monday, according to John Marzulli, a spokesman for the prosecutors.

What do you think it's like to be so hated that nobody stands by you and people who don't know you can tell how cruel and slimy you are by looking at you?  His parents failed.

He seems to be reveling in it. That used to be the Wall Street version of screaming "CAPITALISTIC PERSECUTION!" the way our fundies scream "CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION!!"

I wonder how his parents feel. Maybe they didn't fail- maybe he's just a sociopath.

PharmaDouche acted real mature when Retrophin tried to get rid of him

Quote

The current CEO of Martin Shkreli’s drug company Retrophin testified Friday that the “Pharma Bro” went on a “war path” to hurt the company in retaliation to being forced out.

Shkreli’s reign as CEO of the biopharmaceutical firm was chaotic – and included antics of out-of-control tweeting, inappropriately communicating with investors and even hiring a private eye to investigate employees without board members’ knowledge, his successor, Stephen Aselage, said in Brooklyn Federal Court.

The guy's a nutcase in some way.

We on the political threads have an imaginary island where we'd like to dump certain politicians and their minions.  Perhaps Mr. Shkreli could join them there?

Yeah, and he could be roomies with one Donald J. Putinfluffer.  Then put one of those cameras in and just watch those two for a while.  That would be entertainment.

PharmaDouche has been found guilty!

Quote

A U.S. jury convicted Martin Shkreli, the brash former drug company and hedge fund executive who drew fierce criticism for jacking up drug prices, of securities fraud on Friday in an unrelated case.

Jurors found him guilty of two counts of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy.

But they acquitted Shkreli of five other conspiracy counts, including conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with Retrophin, the seventh count.

The securities fraud convictions each carry a prison term of up to 20 years and the conspiracy conviction can lead to a sentence of up to five years. However, defendants in such cases rarely receive the maximum sentence.

Enjoy prison, asshole.

PharmaDouche is in more trouble

NEW YORK (AP) - Federal prosecutors on Thursday filed a court motion asking a judge to revoke Martin Shkreli's bail and throw him in jail because of recent threats the so-called "Pharma Bro" allegedly made against Hillary Clinton.

"Since his conviction on August 4, 2017, Shkreli has engaged in an escalating pattern of threats and harassment that warrant his detention pending sentencing," prosecutors wrote in their motion.

"Most recently, Shkreli threatened former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by publicly offering $5,000 to anyone who would 'grab' some of her hair on the defendant's behalf during her upcoming book tour" prosecutors wrote.

The threat required "significant expenditure of resources by the U.S. Secret Service," prosecutors said, adding that there was risk that one of Shkreli's many social media followers would take his statements seriously.

He was sent to jail!!

Spoiler

Martin Shkreli, the former pharmaceutical executive who is awaiting sentencing for a fraud conviction, was sent to jail on Wednesday after a federal judge found that he presented a threat to the community because he had offered money for a strand of Hillary Clinton’s hair.

Mr. Shkreli, who was free on $5 million bail while he awaited sentencing, offered $5,000 on Facebook to anyone who could “grab a hair” from Mrs. Clinton during her book tour.

“There has been a danger presented through this post,” Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto said at the hearing in Federal District Court in Brooklyn.

At the same hearing, Mr. Shkreli was scheduled to be sentenced in January. He most likely will not be released before then, unless his lawyers can show that he is not a threat.

Mr. Shkreli was convicted in August of three counts of fraud, relating to two hedge funds and a pharmaceutical company he previously ran.

Prosecutors, citing the Facebook post, wrote in a filing last week that Mr. Shkreli was becoming a public threat. The post also started a Secret Service investigation.

Although Mr. Shkreli edited the post to say that it had been satirical, and later took it down altogether, prosecutors wrote that “there is a significant risk that one of his many social media followers or others who learn of his offers through the media will take his statements seriously — as has happened previously — and act on them.”

Just before his conviction, prosecutors wrote, Mr. Shkreli had made a sexual threat toward a female journalist; since then, they wrote, “Shkreli has engaged in an escalating pattern of threats and harassment.”

I hope he rots behind bars.

Yeah I just saw that too that PharmaDouche had to go back to jail.  I hope he enjoys his time in jail before going to the big house.

Has this jerk ever been diagnosed for a personality disorder or a mental illness?  I've read a lot about him and have recently seen some video of him, and he doesn't seem quite right.

The revocation and jailing might be signs that PharmaDouche is in for a long stay at the greybar hotel...

Spoiler

Shkreli and his attorneys have said they would appeal his conviction on three counts of securities fraud, which carry a potential sentence of 20 years. But even if the convictions stood, Shkreli has said he was likely to be sentenced to little or no jail time in a minimum security facility.

That now appears much less likely, legal experts say.

“Shkreli has again proven he’s his own worst enemy [and] … doesn’t have the impulse control needed to keep him out of jail,” said James Goodnow, an attorney with Fennemore Craig, a corporate defense firm. “Shkreli’s conduct is a textbook case of everything you shouldn’t do as a defendant in a criminal case.”

Matsumoto’s willingness to revoke Shkreli’s bail may indicate she is open to giving Shkreli a longer prison sentence and decided that given his bad behavior he should start his time behind bars immediately, legal experts said. “This is not a good sign of what the judge might be thinking” in terms of sentencing, said Ira Matetsky, a partner at New York law firm Ganfer & Shore.

Or narcissistic personality disorder.  He is like Trump.  Bigly bully, thin skinned and thinks the rules to apply to him. When called out on his evilness he plays the victim.

PharmaDouche and the Orange Douche should be roommates at the same prison.  I would pay cash money to see that.

He has such a punchable face. He is such a twat. The problem with these dickheads is that criticism just washes over them.

He thrives in negative attention. Any thing to stay in the public mind. The worst thing is to completely ignore  him. Once he gets to prison he will see just how much of a nothing he is.   I'm sure his fellow roommates will kick him to the lowest end of the ladder.

Hahahahaha loser.

”Cried like a baby” implies that the douche clearly thought he’d get away with it. He sounds like such a narcissist, demanding attention and special treatment and admiration, then when it all goes tits up he doesn’t just understand.

What with the Derick Dillard fiasco, it would seem that while March 8th is International Women's Day, March 9th is Bro-douche Displacement Day.

May they all cry like babies!

FTR, I say she is likely 'the victim' and is possibly 'mentally ill' and is a perpetrator.
And I hope she NEVER SELLS THE FUCKING BOOK.   (Blood money.)
