Thank you. Her hands appear to be fiddling with ???'s hair in the reflection in the mirror, but they're nowhere to be seen in the foreground which they should have been. Bad Photoshop job? But why?

Oh, wait. I see the fingertips of her right hand, but still... her left arm should be visible.

I figured it was sarcasm. I just wondered what "foo..." was. Fool?
