  1. Another child for the Maxwell borg has been placed on order. Continued from here:
  2. http://www {DOT} titus2 {DOT} com/blog/index.php/2011/06/08/good-news-for-julie-and-grace/#comments hummm.... wonder if they want to make a BIG announcement in person.... :icon-wink:
  3. I just looked at the Corrals FB page. Talking about appetites and shit.
  4. Continued from here: Sarah still can't write. Christopher's kids are still in bibs. Anna has an outdoor wok style cooker and actually used some spices.
  5. Continuing on from here:
  6. Not sure if this was posted before, but Big Sandy is scheduled for April. I was just browsing the offerings and mugshots of our usual suspects (Gil and OfGil Bates, Jim Bob and OfJimBob Duggar, the incomparable Davy Waller, and little Gabe Cleaver Cleator) when who should pop up but Steve and OfSteve Maxwell! I don't remember them being on the schedule before: http://familyconferences.org/events/family-conference/big-sandy/
  7. Lady Lydia delivers the news from one of her favorite bloggers, Housewifely Haven, that schedules are bad. Lydia puts her own special cranky spin on it, but the original poster makes it clear that schedules are for women who have jobs outside the home. Take THAT, Maxwells!
  8. So, Melanie is due March 6th, which is less than 2 weeks from now. Since she has always gone early, I figured it's time to start a baby watch thread. Post any predictions or thoughts. My predictions: I'm thinking it's going to be a girl, though I hope not. They will name her Esther Grace and call her Essie. She'll be tiny with dark hair that will quickly change to blonde. I'm going with being born March 1st. If it's a boy, I'm guessing Benjamin Elijah, called Elijah.

  10. I ran across this collection today and I've been snickering ever since. I'm especially fond of the ones that feature ventriloquists and their dummies because what better medium than audio recordings could there be for a really terrible ventriloquist?
  11. Sarah is 33 or 34. Has she ever been alone (aside from using the restroom of course)? Has she ever gone to the store alone or been alone at home?
  12. Carry on from here:
  13. Continue from here: Last post by Kpmom
  14. Carrying on from here: Sassy name credit goes to @mango_fandango!
  15. I hope it isn't too early to start a thread like this, since they said NR Anna isn't due for about a month, but I wanted to write my guesses down while I was thinking about it. I'll go with: July 20th at 4:50 pm 9 lbs, 1 oz. Samuel or Noah for a boy Claudia or Rebecca for a girl
  16. He's okay thank God but I'm sure Steve will make him feel guilty about it Ironically it happened on the anniversary of Susannah's death today
  17. Has anyone seen this website yet? Their only post titled "A Family Integrated Church?" is dated two days ago. http://leavenworthfamilyintegratedchurch.com/
  18. Early Mother's Day celebration and...a trip for Teri to a conference - all by herself! What is going on over there? http://blog.titus2.com/2016/04/17/happy-mothers-day-5/
  19. http://articles.titus2.com/seven-important-reasons-why-homeschoolers-should-give-report-cards/?utm_source=155&utm_medium=288&utm_campaign=423 I understand that this was Mom's Corner last month, but Sarah reposted it, today. 7. HELPS CHILDREN ADAPT TO THE REAL WORLD Sarah (Anna & Mary) would need a licensed therapist to help with that, not a report card from the Maxhell Academy, Dining Room Table Campus.
  20. OMG, when what to my wondering eyes should appear?? The Maxwells actually ventured forth into the big bad world of music (beyond "Trust Eeeend Obey," that is), and attended a worldly Kansas City Symphony performance of Handel's "Messiah." Joseph even had his post-performance pic taken with bass-baritone Dashon Burton, one of the four lead singers. I'm gobsmacked, I tell you, simply gobsmacked. In other news - Sarah still doesn't write well. No Walk Through Bethlehem music this year, as "The guys' (sic) have full work loads."
  21. Are you really permitted to take a photo of your ballot?
  22. In his latest Dad's corner he says learning should not be fun. Fuck you Steve.
